Boardwalk Consulting has acquired 80 acres in Boise, Idaho. The property fronts the I-84 freeway with direct access of the interchange. This property was formerly a local country-club and will be the perfect site for a mixed use development, including commercial, retail, and high-density residential. Boardwalk is looking for a financial partner to either purchase the contract or partner in the overall development. The ground price will be approximately $8,000,000.
